There are times where you may need to reboot your payment devices.  We've created a couple of short YouTube videos to help.  Click on the links below based on the device you have in your store.

If you have an Aries8, press and hold the power button in the upper right corner then tap Restart on the screen.

If you have an A35, press and hold the buttons;  and O to reboot the device. After it resets, click on the processor app on the home screen.
