If you find this error in Cloud Retailer, this means that there were too many NFC-enabled credit cards that close enough to the  PAX terminal to be seen by the NFC sensor in the terminal.  The store might need to tell customers to hold their wallet/purse back further from the reader or get one that blocks NFC signals.
